When I organised to take my car in for a quote and inspection for a bonnet repair I met the owner Ivan who was such a lovely guy. He told me that this coming week was out of the question and that my repair would take 'approximately 4 days' which usually means around a week.
I sent him a text later that night asking him if it was at all possible to have my car serviced this coming week to which he replied 'bring your car in at 8:30am on Monday'.
Due to an exam that day I was unable to take my car in until 12pm which he was completely ok with; with only one night's notice. I received a call on Wednesday morning at 10am saying that my car was ready to be picked up. It wasn't even two full days. When I went to pick up my car, Ivan had buffed my headlights, as one looked significantly newer than the other, he had buffed the rest of my bonnet instead of just the small area to be repaired and vaccuumed the entire inside of my car. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his team. He even took an interest in how my exams were going and really made me feel like a valued customer.
He did an absolutely fantastic job with my repair and I will seriously not go anywhere else.
