- RICHARD MCSWEENEY Added May 23, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid alot of money to diagonsie a problem - they had car for half a day. They said they fixed it, and not to worry. After driving off the problem was still there, called them and told me said what they thought it was.(which i knew was wrong as that part had been replaced 6 weeks earlier. I went to another mechanic and within 30 seconds knew what it was. Didnt charge me either! Emailed Honda and they didnt bother to respond. So much for their customer service!
- Nivin Jose Added July 21, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Got my Civic 40k service done with the guys. All my previous services were done at a different dealer where the car was purchased, and I had my doubts about using someone else but I have to say I drove away impressed.
The staff are quite friendly, they explain the process well, investigate your concerns, etc., the usual.
They also offer a courtesy drop-off and pick-up van service from and to the center that you can avail if you're able to align your timings.
Service appears to be to the usual standard expected from a Honda-approved centre, and they even washed and tyre-shined the car which are nice little perks, but important in my opinion.
Would definitely go again. Easily recommended.
