On this occasion the staff looked tired, looked liked they didn't want to be there, smoking out front immediately after serving a customer when they're waiting for food. Came home and I was severely disappointed, I had looked forward to some sea scallops and got potato scallops instead -_- Told me it was my fault for not clarifying I decided to not argue. There has been times in the past that hospitality has been cheerful and homely so I have taken that into consideration in my rating. I feel service has been deteriorating over time and now there are plenty of other Chippies that value your presence for the same quality of food. I know it is a humble chippie but it still needs a better level professionalism is needed especially when interacting with customers.
