  Looking at the existing reviews, its clear I am not the first to experience the extremely rude attitude from the front desk staff. More specifically the short haired blonde elderly lady. It seems there are so many past reviews about this woman, yet she still continues to be so rude and judgmental toward customers. And still has a job? Yes you work in the heart of Logan Central. Understand it and decide if this is where you want to work because you will deal with constant language barriers and specific drug related cases all the time, if that is something you cant handle with a smile then this isn't the job for you.
  I wasn't even greeted, she just held her hand out (without even looking at me) for my Drs referral and I given my questionnaire at the front desk, with no privacy.
  When I gave her the name of the radiology place I was due to attend next, I was looked at like some crazy person, when in fact she had just never heard of the place.
  I felt extremely disrespected and judged for no reason at all. Also the attitude she gave the customer before me was horrible. I was at the other side of the waiting room and could hear every word she spoke to him about his court drug tests (something that should be treated as private in my opinion)
  If someone is getting a blood test or something medical done to them, they could be nervous or scared and should NOT EVER be treated like this from anyone. People should be treated with respect and kindness when it comes to anything medical related. I will never be coming back and I will ensure everybody I know doesn't attend either. The Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Logan Central across the road is much better customer service and I will recommend everyone attend it instead.

  We’ve been attending QML Logan Central for years and the old short haired lady with the tattoos has ALWAYS been rude! I’m writing this review because you upset my daughter in law today. I didn’t care that she has always been rude to me but my daughter in law is 7 months pregnant and was quite upset after her appointment. Aswell as this bad review I want to make a formal complaint to the internal and external dispute resolutions team. How she even still has a job is a joke, look at all the other bad reviews this place is getting because of her attitude.

  I have been ringing this place for months and i can never get anyone to pick up. The lady with the short hair and glasses in her 50's is rude and has a loud mouth and voice i dont appreciate when dealing with customers. I think QML need to retrain there staff for some etiquette urgently.

  I never do reviews. I went to this place for the second time . The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I went on Friday for my glucose test and was very scared.
  
  Despite the staffs were so helpful . They told me you will be fine. They were keep on checking on me while I was sitting . I was there from 8am till 11am and was treated very well. They deserve a respect from all . They were so busy but the staffs served all the patients with a smile on their faces.

  Visited today. No wait, at the time I went. Was seen very quickly. Nurse was good and no issues with vein.
  The only thing is, the air conditioning was broken and despite fans it was very hot. Feel sorry for staff working in the heat.
