  The staff here is so friendly and supportive, especially Mr. Mark. He help me and my girlfriend choose a right helmet and explained everything that's important about riding gear. He also helped me save heaps of money by giving me the right advice for my yamaha R6. He could have taken up the job and made a couple of hundred dollars but instead he advised me the right thing and place to get it fixed.

  I paid for at set of carbs on 20th January 2017.
  After 4 weeks I ring to find out where they are.
  "Being cleaned", I am told.
  I received that bullshit for a number of weeks.
  This week 28th March I call again and are told there is a diaphragm missing. I said I'll take them as they are and how much they want for them.
  I was then promised another phone call immediately someone was finished doing what they were doing.
  It's the 30th now and I'm still waiting.
  It seems they have no problems taking your money but have a big problem following up on any of their promises and commitments.
  They answered my request on 'Find a Part' and I stupidly believed a dealer in Australia would be more reliable than an overseas supplier.
  I will also post this review there and over as many Social Media forums I use.
  I'm often asked why I don't support 'local' businesses.
  There is your answer.
