  Was directed to this repairer from Budget Direct to repair the damage on my vehicle, turned out to be horrible. The painting on the door was repainted however it got a lot of small/tiny dints/sctaches to the painting which I believe due to careless handling of it. Requsted to due with this problem but was refused. The scratch of painting below the door was not repaired at all and they told me it needs to be confirmed with the insurance company. The panel on the dashboard inside the car was not installed, while I was told to ok to collect my car two days ago. When I arrived at the store, after pointed out this problem, the staff just slamed the panel to the position which is not properly secured at all, still a bit losy but he says this is it. The front lights shield was damaged after the repairing and the staff said it was not them did it, so its not their responsibility to repair it. However it was not damaged before leave the car to them. Very disappointing. Also noticed they kept two or maybe more pet dogs inside the office.
