  This was my first experience of buying a motorbike and I expected the standard over-the-top sales push of most of the car sales-people I've met. Instead, the sales-person I dealt with, Mark, was more interested in being helpful, gave some good suggestions about how to find the right bike, and even suggested other places I might visit.
  In the end, Mark sold me a bigger, more expensive bike than I had planned upon, but I am happy because the bike I bought suits me better. There was no hard-sell involved, just discussing different aspects of motorbike riding as well as the costs and benefits of different bikes. The price I paid was competitive with other motorbike shops and private sales, but Ultimate Motorbikes also gave me a good deal on extra kit (jacket, boots, insurance, etc. -- I checked and the prices I paid were as good as you'd get online).
  I was very impressed with how I was treated, especially by Mark but also by the rest of the staff (Zach, Cassie, Paul, etc.). It felt more like visiting a motorbike club than a motorbike salesyard. Friendly, relaxed, helpful, good value: all the things you'd like but don't really expect. I'm very glad to recommend Ultimate Motorbikes.
